1. Returns Eligibility
- We accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Makeup products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. How to Return an Item
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at info@movebina.com or call 316-665-3229 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Once you have your RA number, please securely package the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us at the address provided by customer support.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong product or damaged goods).
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged product.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used makeup products (due to health and safety regulations).
- Gift cards, sale items, or any products marked as final sale.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect or damaged items).
8. International Returns
If you are returning an international order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
9. How Long Does a Refund Take?
Once we receive your returned item and process it, refunds will typically be issued within 5-10 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
